For our contractually supported customers we believe it is important you know how to contact us, should you be in need of IT Support.
This is why we have made it easy for you to reach a member of the team and raise a support case. You can do so by the following methods.
Raise a Support Ticket Via Email
If you have a technical problem that needs resolving, raising a support case is easy. This can be done by sending an email to:
- A ticket will automatically be raised within our Support System
- The ticket will be assigned to an engineer
- The engineer will either work on the issue ‘behind the scenes’ or be in touch if they need to access you system and gain further information.
- You will be kept up-to-date during the lifecycle of the ticket via email
