At Meta Eagle we listen to our customers and what you ask us for. Which many have asked more flexible ways to pay. Whether it be a one of payment or a regular payment for a I.T Support contract. This is why we have introduced the ability to pay online via your invoice or card but also Direct Debit.
Firstly, a big ‘Thank You!’ to our customers that have helped us to trial the system. Due to your help and success with the pilot program we are able to offer this to everyone .
Over the next week we will be sending our contract customers a Direct Debit mandate via email. Once signed and processed with the bank (normally in a couple of days) then thats it. You are good to go!
Why pay with Direct Debit ?.
| Payment by Direct Debit is a simple, safe and convenient way to make regular or occasional payments from your account When signing up to pay by Direct Debit you can be assured that you will be protected by The ‘Direct Debit Guarantee’. The Direct Debit Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If you request Meta Eagle to collect a payment, then confirmation of the amount, frequency and payment date will be given and taken from your account 1-2 days after the invoice is due. In the very unlikely event there is an error in the payment of your Direct Debit then you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. You can also cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society in writing requesting the cancellation, you should also notify Meta Eagle by email or in writing to inform us of the cancellation. |
OK, Great. How do I set it up ?.
| While Direct Debit is by no means mandatory, It is our preferred method as it means less administrative work for us and for you . Our accounts team will begin to send out ‘Direct Debit Mandates’ to all customers with recurring payments.
