What is the commitment term?
We're so confident you'll love your voice solution that we offer a 14-day trial with just a 12-month commitment. Unlike other telephony companies, we don't require extensive long-term contracts
How does it work?
Meta VoIP is a cloud-based telephony solution that eliminates the need for on-premises equipment like PBX servers. With the PSTN switch-off approaching in 2027, VoIP (Voice over IP) enables you to run your phone system through your existing IT network. Using an app on your PC or smartphone means no additional hardware is required - though if you prefer standalone phones, we can supply those too.
What plans do you offer and what does it cost?
Simplicity is at our core. We offer one straightforward plan at a fixed monthly price per user, giving you full access to all platform features. This includes unlimited calling to UK landlines and mobiles
Can I select the type of number I use?
Yes. Pick from an 0121 number if you want to appear as calling from Birmingham , 0208 if you prefer London, 0161 for Manchester...... You get the point. Or do what we did and opt for a non Geograpical number such as 0330. Appear as from a city of your choosing, handy for a decentralised workforce and remote working.
I have an exisitng phone number, can I bring it across ?
Yes. We'll handle everything for you. We'll port your existing number(s) from your current provider as part of the process. With extensive experience in number porting, we'll guide you through each step
How am I billed & Is there a setup Fee?
With no setup fee's and CAP-EX costs, card details are taken at the time of purchase via our secure system. You are then billed every month related to the number of licensed seats
Can I use my existing Hardware ?
Yes, you can use your own hardware as long as your existing phones are VoIP-compatible and support SIP configuration (we can quickly check this for you). Remember, physical desk phones aren't necessary unless you prefer them - and if you do, we can supply these along with the required network configuration.
