Summer 2024
Following the sucessfull Server migration project undertaken for the school in 2023, we were asked to replace the aging Cisco Switching infrastructure with new Extreme Switching and also tackle the dataed Ruckus Wireless
Project Overview
The primary challenge encountered by the Trust was the outdated network equipment that was reaching the end of its life. The aging Cisco 2960 switches and Ruckus Wireless access points were creating bottlenecks, limiting bandwidth, and causing frequent disruptions. This outdated hardware struggled to support the Trust's growing need for high-speed connectivity and reliable wireless access across its campuses. As the infrastructure was so old, it was not subject to vendor updates, and the state of the cabling also made this a challenging project. The lack of redundancy and monitoring capabilities further exacerbated the situation, leaving the Trust vulnerable to potential network failures and inefficiencies.
Summer 2024
During our onboarding of Haden Designs, we identified a significant challenge: their unreliable network infrastructure. The existing ADSL connectivity was erratic and insufficient.
Project Overview:
Meta Eagle initiated a project to overhaul this inadequate setup by implementing a comprehensive Managed Network Solution. We upgraded their network by replacing the firewall, switches, and wireless components. The highlight of this transformation was replacing the outdated ADSL with a leased line, ensuring stable and reliable connectivity. This project underscores the need for SMEs to have dependable infrastructure and internet access.
Summer 2021
was a turning point for Fox Bars as they geared up to reopen post-pandemic. Ensuring the reliability of their infrastructure was critical for restarting operations successfully.
Project Overview
Meta Eagle spearheaded the modernization of Fox Bars' outdated infrastructure. We replaced unmanaged switching and wireless systems with a more dependable solution by opting for Cisco Meraki to enhance firewalls, switching, and wireless networks. Our team expertly managed the project, upgrading from the old Cat5e infrastructure to new Cat6a cabling. Furthermore, we replaced the unreliable ADSL internet with 100Mbit leased lines, delivering a robust wireless solution specifically designed for the hospitality industry
