What is the commitment term?
We are confident that you will lke your voice solution, so much so that there is only a 30-Day commitment and we offer a 14-Day free trial.
When we put together this solution we were determined to make options easy, transparrent and fair, so are sure you wouldnt want to go anywhere else.
How does it work?
Meta VoIP is a cloud based PBX solution which means there is no need for on premise equipment such as a PBX Server.
With the PSTN switchoff in 2025. VoIP or (Voice over IP) allows you to have a phone system that runs over your existing I.T Network. Utilising an App on your PC or Smartphone, there is no need for additional Hardware unless you prefer stand alone phones and if you do require these we can supply them too.
What plans do you offer and what does it cost?
We have tailored our solution so it is simple to follow.
There are 3 plans to choose from
Starting out: 100 mins per user per month included
Flying High: 750 mins per user per month included
Enterprise: Unlimited calls per user per month

Can I select the type of number I use?
Yes. Pick from an 0121 number if you want to appear as calling from Birmingham , 0208 if you prefer London, 0161 for Manchester...... You get the point. Or do what we did and opt for a non Geograpical number such as 0330. Appear as from a city of your choosing, handy for a decentralised workforce and remote working.
How do I get Started?
Getting started is easy.
Either:
1) Head on over to metavoip.co.uk, sign up for an account right away and self manage.
2) If you are not confident in configuring your voice solution, no worries we will do it for you subject to a small management fee per user per month (it's Tiny, we promise) and simply added to your managed service I.T contract each month.
How am I billed?
With no expensive setup fee's and CAP-EX costs, card details are taken at the time of purchase via our secure system. You are then billed every month on what you consume and any additional calls that fall outside of your minutes.
